As a reminder, my books are are open one month out at a time.

Each new month of availability opens on the 1st of the previous month at 9:00 AM.

Examples:

March's appointments open on February 1st at 9:00 AM
September appointments open on August 1st at 9:00 AM

This system ensures equal access to new openings and keeps booking simple, fair, and easy to plan ahead.

Exceptions:

January 1st's booking day will be postponed to January 2nd

What do I select for a perm?

If we haven't consulted in person about a perm, I recommend starting there so I can assess the situation properly and navigate you to the right selection for what you're looking for. If we have, then I'd go with the session we discussed. If you've lost access to that information, please reach out so I can assist.

What if I can't find a time/day that works for me?

Not a problem! Simply add your name and current availability onto the Waitlist, and I'll reach out over text as anything shifts in your favor. This also lets me know what times are in high demand, and I can adjust my regular schedule around this information into the future. How else do I find out that Sundays at midnight are in high demand?

What if I need to cancel / reschedule an appointment?

As long as it's outside of the 48 hour Cancelation window, you can do this one of two ways.

Most people text the software's bot (833)239-6751 which can assist you with either.

The other method is to sign in via the hamburger menu, select "my account", "bookings" and then "upcoming appointments". Select the one you wish to reschedule, and follow the prompts.
